Refund & Replacement Policy

At Quiet Soul, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

7-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

A. Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

B. Exchanges are completely free. We take care of the logistics.

To initiate a return or exchange, please raise a request through the contact or support options available on https://www.quietsoul.in.

Eligibility Conditions

Returned or exchanged items must meet the following conditions:

A. Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

B. All original tags, labels, and packaging intact

C. No signs of wear, damage, staining, or alteration

Our courier partner may refuse pickup if these conditions are not met.

Refund & Exchange Process

A. Once your return or exchange request is verified, reverse pickup is initiated within 24 hours.

B. The pickup is usually completed within 1–2 business days, depending on location.

C. Once the product is received back at our facility, it undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it is unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags intact. Upon successful verification, the refund or exchange will initiated on the same day.

Refund Method

A. Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

B. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed to the bank account details shared by you while raising the request.

Please note that bank processing timelines may vary.

Self-Ship Returns (If Reverse Pickup Is Unavailable)

If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code:

A. You may be requested to self-ship the product to our designated return address (shared by our support team).

B. Items must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit and meet all eligibility conditions.

Once the product is received and verified, the full order amount + ₹100 (towards courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours.

Exchange for a Different Product

You may choose to exchange your item for a different product.

A. If the replacement product costs more, you can pay the difference.

B. If the replacement product costs less, the balance amount will be issued as a store credit or gift card, as applicable.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

A. You will be notified via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your refund is initiated.

B. Bank refunds for prepaid orders generally take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

If you do not receive your refund within this timeline, please contact us through the support options available on https://quietsoul.in, and our team will assist you.

Important Notes

A. Items purchased during special sales or promotions may be subject to additional conditions (if specified at the time of purchase).

B. Quiet Soul reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.
