At Quiet Soul, we aim to deliver your orders safely, promptly, and with care. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.
Order Processing
A. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business working hours after confirmation.
B. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
C. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with tracking details.
Cancellations & Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order within 2-4 hours of placing it. After the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner:
A. Metro cities: 2–5 business days
B. Non-metro & remote locations: 4–8 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, regional restrictions, or unforeseen events.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be communicated on the website or during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make up to three delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of checkout. Quiet Soul is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Delays & Force Majeure
Quiet Soul shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives in a visibly damaged condition or appears to be tampered with:
Please do not accept the delivery, or
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
We will review the issue and take appropriate action in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
